Stuff, that's right... My stuff...

Serenity: I'm asking for calmness, composure and inner peace in my life. This enables me to transcend my ego, to think straight and to govern myself properly

Acceptance: I am resigning myself to conditions as they are right now. I choose to live in the now, my present moment

Courage: a quality which enables me to deal with the problems and realities of life; a determination to stand my ground on all issues, pleasant or otherwise; a strength of my spirit to face and handle the negative; fearlessness in the practice of faith, humility and honesty

I am asking for help to make the right decisions, everything is not the way I would like it to be in my life. I must continue to face reality and constantly work toward my continued growth and progress.

I am asking for the ability to rise above my ego and form sound judgments about myself and my life. I will then use my ability to ask for guidance from God, others and myself.

I want to be able to understand clearly truths of fact. I want to see things differently in my life so I will be more aware of myself and others. I need to sense a definite value in loving over being selfish.

I will start a new life each day. I will put the old mistakes away and start anew each day. God ALWAYS offers me a fresh start.

Today, I will reflect the image that I would like others to see...

As to my problems: I accept the responsibility, take charge and do the best I can...

I am a competent person and have much to give... Enthusiasm is my daily exercise...

All love given returns, I will learn to know that others love me.

The past is gone forever... No longer will I be victimized by the past, I am a new person, willing to learn and grow.

The fundamental object of life is emotional and spiritual growth... Daily I put my life into proper order, knowing which are the priorities... Life can be ordinary or great, greatness is mine by a conscious effort...
