Erase guilt & regret: you can't change what's been done by feeling guilty about it...

Forgive yourself! Learn from experience, act differently next time. At that point, all the bullshit is over...

Worry is a waste of time & guilt serves no purpose. Both are a misuse of my imagination. If you change your focus, you'll change your results.

You're not serving anyone when you spread yourself too thin. Say NO to the things that keep me from saying YES to what I really want to do in life. The things I choose to say YES to will get full attention & will do a better job at those things in order to serve everyone/me much better!

**HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CHRISTIANITY, INTELLIGENCE, SUCCESS, etc. don't need to be said, bragged about or crammed down some one's throat. You don't even have to talk about them... PROOF'S ALWAYS IN THE ACTION, not the words. RESULTS ARE EVERYTHING & THEY NEVER LIE!!!!

Actions say what you believe & the kind of person you are much more than your words.
